Terms of service.

To ensure a seamless and straightforward experience, I have established a set of terms and conditions. I request that every client reads these thoroughly before scheduling an appointment to guarantee mutual understanding. The policies are designed to maintain safety and clarify responsibilities. By securing an appointment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and consented to all terms and conditions set below. These terms and conditions are FINAL and will be strictly adhered to.

Appointment Deposit:

To reserve your appointment a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final amount, leaving the remaining 50% to be paid on the day of your appointment. Be aware that the deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs with less than 30 hours' notice and it is not transferable to a future appointment within this timeframe as well.

Confirmation:

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email from the booking system. It will include my address and ph. #, which I request you keep confidential, as it is also my home and personal number.

Arrival:

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment. Approach the front door, ring the bell, and I will welcome you inside. If you find yourself running late, inform me as soon as possible. Being 15 minutes late may necessitate adjustments to your service to fit my schedule, yet the full appointment fee remains applicable. Arriving more than 15 minutes late, or failing to show up, will result in the cancellation of your appointment. You will then be obliged to pay for the entire service, minus any deposit already paid. Regrettably, no new appointments can be scheduled until this fee is settled.

Cancellations and Appointment Changes

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise for both parties. Please be advised that all appointment cancellations and changes require no less than 30 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 30 hours of the appointment time (via ph. SMS) will result in the forfeiture of your deposit due to the inability to fill the appointment on short notice. A new booking and deposit will need to be made online to secure another time.

Should an appointment be cancelled with more than 30 hours’ notice, the deposit may be applied to one new rescheduled appointment or refunded if you choose not to reschedule. There may be occasions when I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. In such cases, alternative appointments will be offered, and the deposit can be transferred to one new appointment. If rescheduling is not an option, the deposit will be refunded.

Payment and Refunds

We accept payments through Stripe for both in-salon and online transactions. Refunds are not provided for any completed services unless required by law. During your appointment, you will receive a comprehensive consultation, and I will check in with you to ensure you are satisfied with the service you are receiving. I encourage you to communicate your preferences clearly. If you have any inspirational images of what you might like, please bring them with you and we can discuss how we might be able to achieve the look you're after

New Clients

For new clients, I recommend arriving with bare nails. However, if you're unable to remove your old set safely before your appointment, I can do it for you. Please remember to book the service as "New client with removal" to allocate the necessary time for safe removal of your old product. Be aware that incorrect bookings will result in cancellation due to time constraints and you will forfeit your deposit.

Pets

Please note that as a cat owner, my cats will be indoors during your visit. They may even approach you for a pat! I ensure that the areas where I provide nail services are kept clean at all times.

Liability

As a trained professional I will ensure the safe and appropriate use of products and equipment as intended by the manufacturer. I will not be liable for any allergic or adverse reactions to the products and methods I use. Additionally, I will not be liable for any accidents occurring in my home or on my property.

Termination

I have the right to end or cancel the appointment at any time, for any reason, whether it's before or during the scheduled time. Your access to the service can be cut off or put on hold right away, without any warning or responsibility, especially if you don't follow the Terms and conditions stated above. Even after the service ends, certain parts of the Terms will still apply, like ownership rules, warranty denials, indemnity, and limits on liability.
